These Terms & Conditions constitute the binding legal agreement between you and pk22. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service on the pk22 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out below. Each individual may hold only one pk22 account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the name, device, or payment method used — will be closed and all balances forfeited under the platform's anti-fraud policy.
All deposits and withdrawals at pk22 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Funds are held in segregated player accounts. Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes on verified accounts without manufactured delays.
All pk22 bonuses come with clearly stated wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry windows. Bonus abuse — including multi-accounting or structured play designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming activity — results in account closure.

To access pk22 Gaming Services, you must complete the registration process by providing your Pakistani mobile number and creating a secure password. One account is permitted per individual, per household, per device fingerprint, and per IP address. pk22 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate registrations.
You are solely responsible for:
pk22 will never ask for your password via any communication channel including email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from pk22 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
KYC Requirement: Full identity verification (CNIC upload and payment method verification) is required before your first withdrawal request is processed. Accounts that cannot complete KYC to pk22's satisfaction may be restricted or closed, with any remaining Balance returned to the depositing payment method where technically feasible.
pk22 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (bank transfer), UBL (bank transfer), Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC20 network). The minimum deposit is PKR 100 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Minimum amounts for bank transfer and cryptocurrency methods may differ and are displayed at the time of transaction initiation. Maximum deposit limits are applied at the method and account level and are disclosed in the Cashier interface.
Withdrawal requests from verified pk22 accounts are targeted for processing within 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within three (3) business days for bank transfer methods. These are target timeframes and not contractual guarantees — processing time may be extended where additional verification is required or where third-party payment network disruptions occur.

Bonus Abuse: pk22 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where bonus abuse is detected — including but not limited to: multi-accounting, wagering exclusively on low-risk outcomes to fulfil wagering requirements, and exploitation of software errors or display glitches.
All Gaming Services offered on the pk22 platform are governed by the individual game rules published within each game's interface. In the event of any technical malfunction — including but not limited to server errors, disconnections, or display failures — pk22 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return the applicable stakes to players' accounts.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk22 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, leading to immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:
pk22 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is being investigated. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, any activity listed under Section 9.
Upon closure of an account for breach:
Players may also voluntarily close their pk22 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Self-exclusion closure requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 12 months. Voluntary closures requested for non-responsible-gaming reasons will see any remaining Balance returned to the registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe.
All content on the pk22 platform — including but not limited to the platform design, software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, and written text — is the property of pk22 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pk22 platform content without the prior written consent of pk22.
The pk22 name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of any pk22 trademark in connection with any goods or services — particularly in any manner likely to cause confusion or imply endorsement — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

pk22 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party service providers (such as KYC verification services) is limited to what is necessary for the specific service and is governed by data processing agreements.
pk22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations in a significant way — pk22 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the platform's notification system, registered email address, or both.
Your continued use of the pk22 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account before the amendment's effective date. Pending withdrawals as of the closure date will be processed under the Terms in force at the time the withdrawal was initiated.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of pk22's international gaming licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pk22 platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of pk22's licensing authority.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against pk22. All claims must be brought in an individual capacity. This waiver does not apply to any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
The English-language version of these Terms is the sole authoritative version for all legal purposes. No translation of these Terms into any other language shall be considered authoritative or shall be used in any dispute resolution proceeding.
